Player Advocacy
The players' Therapist
I provide dedicated clinical support to active and former NFL players as they navigate the complex challenges that come with the game, the culture, and the transition into life beyond football. I have supported over 200 former NFL players and their families, offering care that honors the realities of brain and body trauma, identity shifts, chronic stress, and emotional dysregulation.
My advocacy focuses on trauma-informed treatment, evidence-based interventions, and coordinated support with families, medical teams, and player programs. Many athletes carry the hidden weight of their injuries and lived experiences long after their careers end. My role is to ensure they are not moving through these challenges alone. I help them understand their symptoms, create stability, rebuild connection, and move toward a life that feels grounded and meaningful.
This work is rooted in respect for who they are as human beings, not only as athletes. It is my responsibility and privilege to support their health, their families, and their future with clinical skill, compassion, and unwavering integrity.

Compassion For Every Veteran
My commitment to supporting veterans is personal. I was raised by a U.S. Army veteran, and the values of service to community, integrity, and resilience shaped the way I understand healing. Although I am not a veteran myself, I carry deep respect for the men and women who have served. The work I do in this space is one way I honor my father and the sacrifices made by the veteran community.
Many veterans navigate experiences that cannot be understood without listening closely and responding with care. Combat exposure, trauma, loss, identity shifts, brain injuries, and the transition into civilian life all intersect with mental health in ways that deserve thoughtful and informed support. My clinical approach centers on safety, trust, and trauma-informed treatment. I work to help veterans process their experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, address symptoms related to PTSD and TBI, and build meaningful stability in their daily lives.
It is my responsibility and privilege to support veterans as they work through the weight they carry and move toward a life with clarity, connection, and purpose.

Community work
the nomadic fellowship
I am committed to supporting individuals through the everyday challenges of life, healing, and recovery. Many people seek therapy because they want clarity, stability, and a healthier way forward.
My work with community members focuses on helping people strengthen their foundation and build practical skills that support steady growth.
I integrate hiking, meditation, expressive art, and sound healing into my work when appropriate. These practices help people reconnect with their bodies, slow down, and access the deeper parts of themselves that traditional talk therapy sometimes misses. I also offer therapeutic outings, including paddle boarding sessions, that create safe and meaningful environments for reflection, movement, and emotional regulation.
Whether someone is navigating stress, rebuilding after hardship, or seeking consistent support in their mental-health journey, I create a space that feels safe, respectful, and grounded in clinical integrity.
My goal is to walk beside each person as they strengthen resilience, reconnect with themselves, and experience meaningful change—one step at a time.
